From our initial planning and vision meeting through wedding week, we’ll stay connected with scheduled check-ins throughout your engagement, with communication increasing as your wedding approaches. We’ll coordinate vendor and logistics meetings as needed, complete a venue walkthrough and final planning meeting, and stay closely connected during wedding week to make sure every detail is ready. Between meetings, you’ll also have direct access to your planning team for questions and planning needs- so you always know what’s been handled, what’s coming next, and where we are in the process.

We’ll help you create an initial wedding budget, establish recommended allocations for each category, and track expenses as your plans come together. From vendor estimates and deposits to upcoming payment deadlines, we’ll keep the financial details organized and help identify opportunities to save, reallocate, or evaluate new additions against your overall budget- so you can make informed decisions while keeping your priorities in focus.
All vendor contracts and payments remain directly between you and your vendors. Details of Daydreams does not hold or distribute client funds.

We’ll help you build a trusted vendor team that fits your vision, personality, and budget- from your venue, photographer, florist, entertainment, and caterer to rentals, transportation, beauty, stationery, and specialty vendors. We’ll assist with gathering proposals and availability, comparing options, organizing contracts and deadlines, coordinating communication and meetings, and keeping vendor details in one place. As your wedding approaches, we’ll confirm the important logistics with your vendor team so everyone knows where to be, when to be there, and what to expect.
Final vendor selections, contracts, and payments remain your responsibility. Details of Daydreams may review contracts for planning and logistical purposes but does not provide legal advice.

We’ll help organize the details that shape your guests’ experience, from hotel block and transportation coordination to arrival plans, ceremony seating, accessibility needs, and special accommodations. As the wedding approaches, we’ll keep important RSVP and final guest-count milestones on track, provide guidance for your seating chart, and organize the wedding weekend schedule- helping ensure your guests know where to be and your celebration flows smoothly from beginning to end.

We’ll help turn the ideas you’ve saved, pinned, and dreamed about into a cohesive wedding experience that feels uniquely yours. From color palettes, décor, tablescapes, linens, rentals, and signage to ceremony design, reception layouts, personal details, and overall event flow, we’ll help bring each element together with intention. Along the way, we’ll consider not only how your wedding looks, but how it feels for you and your guests- creating a celebration where every detail feels thoughtfully connected.

We’ll thoughtfully organize every part of your ceremony, from the processional and wedding party entrance order to family and VIP seating, music cues, and special traditions or unity moments. We’ll coordinate timing with your officiant, plan and direct your rehearsal, and oversee the ceremony on your wedding day- making sure everyone knows where to be, what to do, and when it’s time, so you can simply be present for the moment you say “I do.”

We’ll thoughtfully plan the flow of your reception so the celebration feels natural, effortless, and never rushed. From your grand entrance, dinner, toasts, special dances, and cake cutting to entertainment, traditions, a private last dance, and your grand exit, we’ll coordinate the timing and transitions that keep the evening moving seamlessly. Behind the scenes, we’ll work with your vendor team and manage each moment as it unfolds- so you can celebrate with your favorite people instead of watching the clock.

As your wedding approaches, we’ll transition from planning alongside you to taking the lead on execution. We’ll finalize your master timeline, confirm vendor schedules and deliverables, complete the final venue walkthrough, review floor plans and décor placement, organize personal items and setup instructions, prepare for weather and backup plans, and coordinate rehearsal details and wedding party responsibilities. We’ll distribute the final timeline to your vendor team and create a complete wedding-day action plan so that, by wedding week, the details are no longer yours to manage- they’re ours.
By wedding week, the goal is simple:

The Rehearsal
We’ll organize and lead your ceremony rehearsal so everyone feels confident and prepared before the big day. We’ll walk through the processional and recessional, establish wedding party placement and family seating, review important ceremony cues, coordinate with your officiant, and answer final questions so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to do.

The Wedding Day
This is where all of the planning comes together. Your Details of Daydreams team will take the lead behind the scenes — coordinating vendors, managing your timeline, overseeing setup, cueing the wedding party, guiding guests, managing reception transitions, and troubleshooting the unexpected. We’ll keep the celebration moving seamlessly while you stay fully present for every moment.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY
The Daydream Experience is intentionally limited to four weddings per calendar year. Full-service planning requires significant time, communication, preparation, and attention throughout the months leading up to your wedding. Limiting the number of couples we serve allows us to provide the personal, attentive experience this package was created to offer.
Availability is confirmed following an initial consultation.

Final investment is based on the scope and complexity of your celebration, including guest count, location, planning timeline, wedding-weekend events, and any additional services requested.
Additional services or unusually complex events may require a customized proposal.
A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your wedding date.
